1. What Judge Me is

Judge Me is a free entertainment app. You upload a photo and an AI generates a comedic, entirely fictional "verdict" (age, profession, flags, comparisons between friends, and similar jokes). Everything the app outputs is invented satire: it is not advice, not an assessment, not a factual statement about anyone, and must not be treated as such.

2. Acceptance

By using the app you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old. If you are under 18, use the app with a parent's or guardian's awareness.

4. Acceptable use — what you must NOT upload

Photos of people who haven't agreed to be uploaded and "judged".
Sexually explicit content of any kind, or any inappropriate content involving minors.
Unlawful, violent or harassing content, or photos used to mock, bully or harm someone.
Photos you don't have the right to use.

We may block access (e.g. via rate limits) to protect the service and its users.

5. Your content

Photos remain yours. We never store them (see the Privacy Policy for the exact data flow). Verdict cards are generated on your device: sharing them is your choice and your responsibility — especially if other people appear in them.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", free of charge, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Verdicts are random comedy: any resemblance to reality is coincidental and unintended.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including how you or others use or share the generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these Terms, or discontinue the service, at any time. The date above reflects the latest version.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For mandatory consumer protection rules, the law of your country of residence prevails where applicable. Contact: lebonwebsites@gmail.com
