Judge Me is an entertainment app: you upload a photo and an AI generates an obviously-comedic, made-up "verdict". Nothing it says is real or accurate. Here is exactly what happens to your data.
The operator of Judge Me — contact: lebonwebsites@gmail.com
We never store your photo. It is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server, forwarded to the AI provider, and discarded. There is no database, no archive, no gallery. The shareable verdict card is generated entirely on your own device.
No facial recognition, no biometrics. The app does not identify anyone and does not create, collect or store facial templates, face geometry or any biometric identifiers. The AI simply looks at the photo once and generates a comedic, fictional text.
Your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you give by choosing and uploading a photo. You can stop at any time by simply not using the app — since we keep nothing, there is nothing to delete on our side.
If you upload a photo that includes other people (Couple or Friends mode), you confirm that they agree to it. Don't upload photos of people without their consent.
Judge Me is not intended for children under 14. If you are under 18, ask a parent before using the app.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali). For anything, write to lebonwebsites@gmail.com. Note that we cannot retrieve or delete a specific photo for you, because we never store any.
We don't use cookies or trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly service that counts visits in aggregate (page views, country, device type) without identifying you, without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Fonts are self-hosted, so your browser makes no requests to third parties other than the providers listed in section 3. The only things saved in your browser are the technical values described above (strictly necessary — no consent banner required).
Use of the app is also governed by the Terms of Service.
If we change how the app works, we'll update this page and the date above.
